The cutting system of the food crushing machine consists of a static outer jacket (2) equipped with devices (3) for coupling to a loading inlet of the machine, annular recesses (4), which ar e formed in the internal thickness of the said jacket (2), which have pre-determined volume and are mutually separated, it also co ntains pusher and cutting elements (5) of the food mounted inside the jacket (2) with the possibility of coaxial rotation and sort ing element (6) with separated passage areas, inserted between pu sher and cutting elements (5) and the jacket (2), whilst each are a can be crossed at the annular recess (4).
