摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an auxiliary engine function enough while contriving cost reduction. SOLUTION: The torque of a motor 8 is transmitted to an auxiliary engine 9 by the first transmission means 10, and it is transmitted to an internal combustion engine 4 by the second transmission means 12. At vehicle stoppage, the internal combustion engine 4 is stopped, and at departure, the internal combustion engine 4 is started by the motor 8. A clutch means 11 capable of freely varying the transmission torque to the second transmission means 12 of the torque generated by the motor 8 is interposed between the motor 8 and the second transmission means 12, and the control means controls the clutch means 11 so that the transmission torque may be zero at stoppage of the internal combustion engine 4 and that this transmission torque may be smaller than the torque generated in the motor 8 at start of the internal combustion engine. The control means controls the motor 8 so that it may generate torque equivalent to the idling rotation at stoppage of the internal combustion engine and that it may it may generate maximum torque at start of the internal combustion engine 4.
