This invention concerns the combination of a holder and a connector for connecting the said holder to an apparatus for distributing the material in the holder. The connector consists of a first and a second connecting piece that can be rotated to make them link together. One of the connecting pieces is intended to be attached to the holder. The other connecting piece is intended to be attached to the apparatus. The holder has a valve for closing the holder off, which is to be opened when the connection is made. One of the connecting pieces has a guide; the other has a protruding tab that fits into this guide. The tab can be moved no more than one full turn in the guide, between a first and a second position, the first of which corresponds to the connection not being made and the valve being closed, and the second corresponding to the state in which the connection has been made and the valve has been opened. It should preferably be possible to lock the connection in place.<IMAGE>
