PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the airtightness of a piping end after the repair by the reverse sealing method. SOLUTION: A channel 33 in the circumferential direction is formed on a bonding face 32 constituting a sealing material end of a seal packing 3. Creases on a sealing material end at the time of fitting the seal packing 3 are absorbed by the arrangement, and a clearance between the sealing material and a piping inner peripheral face formed by the creases remains in the seal packing 3 so that the clearance generates no defects of the airtightness of the seal packing 3.
