<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the working efficiency of a mobile type construction machine while surely suppressing the noise generated in the periphery of the working area below a noise restriction level. SOLUTION: A noise measuring instrument group consisting of noise measuring instruments 3 measure noise in the periphery of the working area at more than one point when mobile type construction machine 1 are in constructing work in a specified working area. A computing element 7 calculates the output limit value of the mobile construction machines 1 by contrasting noise information measured by the noise measuring instrument group at the point with noise restriction information. The output limit valve calculated by the computing element 7 is transmitted to a desired mobile construction machine 1 by communication means (9, 10, 53, and 87). A construction machine output control means 6 controls the output of the mobile construction machine 1 so as to reach the output limit value transmitted through the communication means (9, 10, 53, and 87).</p> |
