PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a solar battery affecting every little environmentally, even in an instrument requiring high-current momentarily. SOLUTION: A battery pack 10 provided with solar batteries 16 and secondary batteries is set detachable from an instrument requiring high-current even in a moment, and a backup battery pack is prepared, consequently one battery pack can be immediately replaced with the new battery pack, when it is consumed. Thus, the device can always be charged as long as it is an outside light, and environmentally affects extremely little. |
