The linear conveyor (1) transfer device moves objects (2) along a different direction to that of the conveyor direction (XX'). A pendular lever (5) is able to selectively exert a pushing force (E) on the objects. The pendular lever is controlled by a connecting rod (11) rotated by a motorization unit (8). The kinematic connection between the connecting rod and the lever is a sliding connection so that the objects can be cleared beyond the conveyor without their pivoting.
