The invention refers to a sound absorbing and sound insulating panel consisting of three layers: an external plastic-faced coreboard layer, a middle mineral wool layer and an internal layer made of drilled wood fibre fireproof sound absorbing panel, all these layers resting on light metallic profile supports, several sound absorbing and sound insulating panel which form a sound insulating case built of vertical rectangular panels, arranged at angles ranging from 100 and 160 degrees from each other, slanting higher trapezoidal panels which rest on the vertical ones, and a horizontal higher rectangular panel, which closes off on top the sound insulating case.
