A "Realty Light", a lighting device having a use as the illumination of temporar y, portable, "for sale" signs as utilized and employed in the Real Estate Agency profession / industry, having a waterproof all-weather outer assembly housing tw o "light chambers" containing light bulbs, plus an inner chamber housing a photoelectric power activation / de-activation device of approved manufacture, and incorporating a clasp so designed as to form a receiving mouth for the sign onto which it is to be mounted and a bracket to secure the lighting device onto the sign, without the requirement of any special skills or tools.
