<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly ferment a matter to be treated such as sludge or dung of animal even if it contains a large amount of water and prevent a bag smell generated from the matter to be treated from leaking to the outside from a treating tank to improve the environment. SOLUTION: A treating tank 1 is disposed in an upper part of a frame F and a takeout port 111 is formed in an end wall 11 of the tank 1, and a feed port 13, an outside air inlet cylinder 14, and an atmosphere takeout cylinder 15 are arranged on the tank 1. An agitating device 2 of the tank 1 has a rotation shaft 21 and a plurality of arms 23 each having a claw plate 24 at its end are fixed on the shaft 21, and an atmosphere transfer device and a combustion chamber 4 are arranged beneath the frame F. A suction pipe 31 leading to the cylinder 15 is disposed on the suction side of the atmosphere transfer device. A burner device 41 is equipped outside the combustion chamber and a honeycomb tube 42 having an air hole 43 is disposed on the other side and a combustion gas passage 5 leading from the combustion chamber to an exhaust chimney 6 is formed.</p> |
