PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable stable tracking by a top hold push-pull system by forming a first dielectric layer, a recording layer, a second dielectric layer and a reflective heat radiation layer on a substrate, defining a reflectance after recording as a specified % or above and satisfying at least one condition of a specified value or below of a standardized push-pull ratio and a specified value or above of push-pull amplitude. SOLUTION: When a top hold push-pull voltage is 600 mV or above, the stable tracking is performed. By defining the reflectance after recording as 17%, and satisfying at least one condition of 0.92 or below of the standardized push-pull ratio and 0.085 or above of the push-pull amplitude, the top hold push-pull voltage becomes 600 mV or above. Thus, the stable tracking is performed with the top hold push-pull system, and the top hold push-pull voltage is made a required value or above. |
