PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To send individual automatic answer messages through one piece of incoming call terminal equipment to plural persons by providing the incoming call terminal equipment with an automatic answer recording and responding means and performing automatic recording and responding corresponding to telephone number information when caller information exists in an incoming call and the telephone number information corresponding to the caller information exist in a telephone directory memory. SOLUTION: When the caller information of a caller is not stored in a memory in respect to a incoming call while automatic answer recording and responding processing is performed at incoming call terminal equipment, third automatic answer recording and responding corresponding to that information is performed. When the caller information of the caller is stored in the memory, on the other hand, a telephone number information retrieving means 9 retrieves the caller information of the caller stored in a caller information storage memory 5 and telephone number information in a telephone directory memory 6 and when there is an equal information, first automatic answer recording and responding is performed corresponding to that caller but when there is no equal information, second automatic answer recording and responding is performed.
