PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a decorative sheet having the same V-cutting workability and lapping workability as the decorative sheet, as the base material of which a vinyl chloride sheet is employed, by employing an olefin-based resin. SOLUTION: In the decorative sheet, which is formed by laminating at least a colored polyolefin resin film 1, a patterned layer 3 and a transparent protective film to one another in the order named, the thickness of the colored polyolefin resin film 1 is set to be 100μm and the tensile break strength per one inch in width is set to be 5 kg or more and, at the same time, the elongation at break is set to be 500% or more.
