RUBBER COMPOSITION AND TIRE WITH ITS TREAD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the conductivity of a rubber composition by containing a specific quantity of carbon black composite material containing carbon black having an integrated silica domain on the surface. SOLUTION: A carbon black composite material about 20-70 phr or 90 phr containing integrated silica on the surface is contained in an elastomer 100 pts.wt. based on at least one kind of diene. A reinforcing filler about 30-110 phr or about 30-90 phr containing at least one kind of classical rubber-reinforced carbon black about 10-80 phr and at least one kind of precipitated silica about 10-80 phr is contained. The silicon/carbon ratio of the carbon black composite material is set to about 0.1/1-0.9/1. The conductivity of a rubber composition can be adjusted by selecting the carbon block/silica ratio in the carbon black composite material according to this constitution.
