<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute more effective contrast echo method by controlling the transmission sound pressure of an ultrasonic wave to the optimum and heightening the effect of reinforcing the brightness. SOLUTION: This ultrasonograph receives a reflection component of an ultrasonic pulse signal transmitted in a tested body, and obtains a tomographic image according to a receiving signal produced with receiving. This ultrasonograph includes a transmission unit 21 for transmitting an ultrasonic pulse signal according to the condition of transmission pressure, a probe 12 and a transmission condition controller 31 for adaptive controlling the transmission sound pressure to be optimized so that a receiving signal becomes maximum. This device is suitable for execution of a contrast echo method.</p> |
