PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of many flies even if putrefactive waste is mixed or untidy eating by a rat, a crow, a stray dog or the like or the generation of a malodor, to also prevent the scattering of combustible waste by a wind or the generation of a fire even if the combustible waste is mixed and the scattering of inorg. matter such as incineration ash or fly ash by air even if the inorg. matter is mixed and to reduce the chemical treatment or sedimentation treatment of waste water in a treatment area. SOLUTION: Waste to be subjected to landfill treatment is mixed with a binder such as clay, clayey sludge, inorg. mud, asphalt, compressed and melted plastic or the like under stirring in a mixer and the resulting mixture is molded by a molding machine to form a delayed curable solid 2 which is, in turn, flatly pressed by press machine 15 such as rollers 17, 18 or a catapillar of a bulldozor to form landfill waste 1. |
