<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely prevent various troubles in system operation due to misoperation at the time of fault replacement of the power unit by providing a lock mechanism which disables the power unit from be replaced if the power switch is not turned OFF. SOLUTION: When an AC switch 12 is at its switch-ON position, the OFF-side operation part of the switch projects from the panel surface of a housing to block the slide passage of the slide plate 13a of the lock mechanism and the lower end of the slide plate (a) is positioned in a PC server housing 10. The slide plate 13a and PC server housing 10 can not be disengaged when the slide plate 13a is not made slidable to the slide upper end by turning OFF the AC switch 12 so that the OFF-side operation part of the switch is in level with the panel surface of a unit housing. Consequently, when the power unit 11 is replaced, the power unit 11 can be detached from the PC server housing 10 before the AC switch 12 is turned OFF.</p> |
