<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an adhesive to follow up the extension of a lower substrate and a film substrate at the time of thermal expansion to eliminate conventional peeling, and to secure connection by connecting a couple of 2nd electrode parts and a couple of 2nd lead-out electrode parts with the adhesive with which conductive particles are mixed. SOLUTION: The lower substrate 1 made of transparent glass has a rectangular main body part 1a and a projecting rectangular flexible substrate 18 which is provided to the main body part 1a. A 2nd exposure part 8a of the lower substrate 1 is coated with a mixture prepared by adding an amine-based hardener to an acryl-based adhesive 16 with which conductive particles are mixed. Then a film substrate 9 is put over the lower substrate 1 across dot spacers to set the exposed parts 15a and exposed part 8a opposite each other and in this state, the lower substrate 1 and film substrate 9 are thermally pressed. Then the 2nd lead-out electrode part 6a and an extended contact part 13a are adhered with the adhesive 16 and the top and bottom parts of the conductive particles abut against the both to make electric connection.</p> |
