<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing ume liquor capable of producing ume liquor having good flavor in a short time. SOLUTION: This method for producing ume liquor comprises drying fresh ume by far infrared radiation and immersing the dried ume into Shochu (low- class distilled spirits) or brandy and aging the ume for about one month.</p> |
