PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storing body wherein even if dust or the like is attached to an image-receiving layer of a thermal transfer image-receiving sheet stored in a storing body, defects can be prevented from occurring on a printed image. SOLUTION: In the storing body for thermal transfer image-receiving sheet, in which thermal transfer image-receiving sheets are stored, a surface of the storing body for contact with an image-receiving layer of a thermal transfer image-receiving sheet has a surface electric resistance of 10<11>Ωor less under conditions of 18 deg.C and 27%. In order to make the surface electric resistance of a storing body such as a storing bag 10<11>Ωor less, for example, conductive material such as antistatic agent, carbon, metal powder is mixed into a resin constituting the storing body, or a liquid prepared by diluting an antistatic agent with water or alcohol is applied onto a film or sheet constituting the storing body.
