<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the capacity of a unit through simple structure by providing a plurality of unit structures each incorporating a heat exchanger and a fan, an outer plate body containing the plurality of unit structures and installed in the ceiling, and a decoration panel having air inlet and outlet. SOLUTION: Each unit structure 5 has a casing 3 containing a fan comprising a fan motor 24 and a turbo fan 26, a substantially rectangular heat exchanger 38 surrounding the fan, and an electric box. The casing 3 comprises two angle members (jointing members) 51, and an outer plate body secured to the angle members 51 while surrounding the outer circumference and ceiling of each unit structure 5.
