PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily provide a color filter which a colored layer formed with an ink discharge is flat and which itself has excellent flatness by discharging an ink containing a photosensitive compound on a substrate and irradiating light so as to expose the photosensitive compound in the ink to the light before drying is finished. SOLUTION: A frame is formed on the substrate 1 so as to surround a pixel with a shade film 2. Then, an inkjet head and the substrate 1 are moved relatively, and the ink 3 is discharged, and the ink 3 is piled upon the pixel surrounded with the frame. Light irradiation 4 from its upper surface side or the light irradiation 5 from its lower surface side, or the light irradiation 4, 5 from its both surface sides are performed, and the photosensitive compound is exposed to the light. Thus, a coefficient of viscosity of ink deposits is raised. The timing of this light irradiation is preferred so that the light irradiation is performed in the stage that a solvent in the ink 3 is remained >=40% of a whole solvent amount since the flatness is controlled easily. |
