PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a take-up type floor material by only one injection-molding. SOLUTION: This die is equipped with an upper die 31, a lower die 32, and a shaft die having a shaft forming pin 33, which is a cylindrical shape, and the tip end outer peripheral surface of which is formed into a tapered surface 33a being interfaced with the shape of an engaging hole of a floor member, and at the central part of the tip end surface 33b of which, an engaging recessed part 33c being interfaced with the shape of an engaging protuberance of the floor member, and the shaft forming pin 33 is attached to the lower die 32 slidably in the lateral direction, and when the upper die 31 and the lower die 32 are closed, the shaft forming pin 33 is inserted (in the direction shown by arrow x3) in a cut-out part in order to form the engaging protuberance and the engaging hole of the floor member, from the lateral direction, and when the upper die 31 and the lower die 32 are opened, the shaft forming pin 33 is pulled out in the lateral direction (the direction shown by arrow x4). |
