<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a housing pattern corresponding with keeper in the place of a keeper when a coping is cast by a method wherein the housing pattern corresponding with keeper made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin, is made to have an internal surface dimension which exceeds the outer dimension of the keeper for a dental magnetic attachment. SOLUTION: This housing pattern 1 corresponding with keeper, made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin, expose the magnetic attracting surface of a keeper 2, but totally covers the keeper 2, and has an internal surface dimension which exceeds the outer dimension of the keeper 2. Then, a difference between the internal surface dimension of the housing pattern 1 corresponding with keeper and the outer dimension of the keeper 2 becomes a space where a dental adhesive 4 to bond the keeper 2 to a coping 3 which is cast is filled. When a wax pattern 5 is waxed up, the housing pattern 1 corresponding to keeper is embedded in the wax pattern 5, and after the whole pattern is embedded with an embedding material, the pattern is heated in a furnace, and the housing pattern 1 corresponding to keeper and the wax pattern 5 are vaporized by incineration.</p> |
