PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiver with a small circuit scale for a spread spectrum communication wave where a plurality of channels are transmitted by using a plurality of spread codes. SOLUTION: A spread code synchronization circuit 3 applies inverse spread processing to only one channel among a plurality of code channels, whereas inverse spread circuits 4, 5, 6 with a small circuit scale, that is, circuits consisting of a spread code generating circuit 3, multiplier circuits 12, 13, 14, and adder circuits 18, 19, 20 and sum storage registers 21, 22, 23 apply inverse spread processing to other code channels. Since a plurality of code channels are demodulated by having only to provide a spread code synchronization circuit with a large circuit scale such as a matched filter, the receiver for a spread spectrum communication wave conducting multi-code transmission is realized with a comparatively small circuit scale. |
