PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix CO2 at a low cost. SOLUTION: Produced gas contg. CH4 and CO2 is generated by anaerobic fermentation of org. waste or other method in an org. waste treatment part 2 and the produced gas is sent to a methane separation.concentration part 4. The CH4 is purified from the produced gas by passing through the methane separation.-concentration part 4 and the purified CH4 is decomposed into carbon and H2 in the presence of a catalyst in a methane decomposition hydrogen generation part 6. The H2 generated in the part 6 is sent to a carbon dioxide fixation part 8, where the CO2 is allowed to react with the H2 in the presence of a catalyst to produce carbon and water and the CO2 is fixed. |
