PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the amount of wastewater greatly by installing a filter for filtering out pollutants in wastewater, a reverse osmosis membrane device for treating the filtrate to produce concentrated water, a storage tank for storing the concentrated water. SOLUTION: A wastewater treatment vehicle is equipped with a reverse osmosis membrane device 3 having a submergible motor pump 7 for pumping up wastewater, a sedimentation tank 5, a filter 2 for filtering out pollutants in wastewater, and a reverse osmosis membrane module 8 for concentrating the filtrate from the filter 2. A spiral type membrane module of 20 m<2> membrane area consisting of a polyamide reverse osmosis membrane of 95% desalting ratio is used as the module 8, and a precision filter of 0.45μm mean pore diameter is used as the filter 2. A liquid circulating means 10 for circulating concentrated water between the module 8 and a wastewater storage tank 6 is mounted on a dolly. A storage tank 4 for storing concentrated water is installed near the reverse osmosis membrane device 3.
