SLUDGE INTRODUCING METHOD IN SLUDGE TREATMENT FACILITY AND DEVICE THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sludge introducing method in a sludge treatment facility for increasing the combustion efficiency of a hydrated sludge and relatively uniformly dispersing the incineration ash of the hydrated sludge and the device. SOLUTION: The hydrated sludge (a) is made to flow-in separately to several places of the tail end side of a kiln. As a result, the dispersibility of the hydrated sludge (a) in a dry cement kiln 12 is improved. Then, the combustion efficiency of the hydrated sludge (a) is increased to reduce the time required to finish the combustion of the hydrated sludge (a). Further the lump of the incineration ash after the combustion is hardly generated. As a result, the incineration ash is relatively uniformly dispersed in the cement clinker in the dry cement kiln.
