PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow lighting of the headlamp when the battery for supplying power to the electric motor is detached or the residual capacity of the battery is deficient by providing a charge circuit for charging the sub-battery powered by the main battery. SOLUTION: A discharge circuit 64 is defined by a DC converter 79, a second CPU 80, a transistor 81, and a third diode 82. In a state where the main switch 33 is turned 'ON', the transistor 81 is controlled to be ON/OFF by the second CPU 80 such that the sub-battery 63 is charged by the main battery 30. The third diode 82 serves to prevent inverse flow of the electric current from the sub-battery 63. As a result, power is not supplied directly from the main battery 30 to the headlamp 62, but supplied from the sub-battery 63 to the headlamp. The headlamp 62, thus, can be turned on by the sub-battery 63 even when the main battery 30 is detached or the residual capacity is deficient. |
