Air-conditioning device comprising a holder which is to be arranged against the wall (2) of a room and is provided with a top wall (5), front wall (13), side walls (4), base (6) and rear wall (23). An opening (9) for the supply of fresh air from the environment is arranged in the rear wall (23). An air-inlet opening (7) for the air from the room is arranged in the base (6), while an air-outlet opening (8) is arranged on the top side. The supply of fresh air and inlet opening emerge in a first chamber (11) in which a fan (16) is arranged. A HEPA filter (21) is connected to this chamber. Control means (18) are provided in order to control the ratio between the fresh air flowing in and the air from the room in question.
