PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a difference in level between a general floor face, a dressing room and the floor face of a washing place and facilitate execution and maintenance of piping by providing the unit bath set part of two or more stories and the floor member of the dressing room adjacent thereto in the downward level of a general floor member. SOLUTION: Floor member 2 is mounted on a beam 3 composed of H shape steel to constitute the floor faces of two or more stories. In a unit bath set part and the floor face of the dressing room adjacent thereto, a holding member 4 and an attaching fitting 6 are fixed to the beam 3 by a bolt, and a wall member 9 is mounted on the upper stage horizontal piece 7c of an attaching fitting 7 welded on the attaching fitting 6 and welded with a flat plate 8 at the lower part, and fixed by a clip member 10 of the upper part, and a floor member 1 is mounted on a lower stage horizontal piece 7d and gaps 11, 12 are filled with mortar. The floor members 1, 2 and the wall member 9 are composed of lightweight cellular concrete plates. Thereby a general floor face, a dressing room and the floor face of a washing place can be constituted without any difference in level, and the wide space of the lower part of the dressing room is utilized to facilitate working and maintenance of piping for a unit bath. |
