PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording/reproducing method of high density of recording information, its recording/reproducing device and a recording medium of high density. SOLUTION: An exciting coil 2, feeding detected magnetic fluxϕs to a recording cell 7 of the recording medium 8 which records recording information as the difference of an electric resistance 6 and is composed of material having a magnetic reluctance coefficient (n), is provided, and induced magnetic fluxϕe, wherein an eddy current 5 induced in the recording cell 7 with the strength corresponding to the difference of the electric resistance 6 is generated, is interlinked to the exciting coil 2 by feeding detected magnetic fluxϕs to the recording cell 7 with the exciting coil 2. And recorded information is reproduced by measuring the fluctuation of impedance generated in the exciting coil 2 by interlinkage.
