ADHESIVE AND MULTILAYER BODY USING THE SAME

Disclosed is a polypropylene adhesive which is excellent in adhesion to a polar material and whitening resistance, while having particularly excellent adhesion after high-speed cast film forming, stretch molding and extrusion coating. Also disclosed is a multilayer body using such an adhesive. Specifically disclosed is a grafted resin composition containing (A) a polypropylene component, (B) an ethylene/propylene/a-olefin copolymer component, (C) an ethylene/a-olefin copolymer component and (D) an unsaturated carboxylic acid and/or a derivative thereof. This adhesive resin composition is characterized in that the component (A)is 5-80 parts by mass, the component (B) is 5-70 parts by mass and the component (C) is 1-40 parts by mass in the total 100 parts by mass of the components (A), (B) and (C). The adhesive resin composition is also characterized in that the ethylene/propylene/a-olefin ratio of the n-decane soluble content is 5-95/5-95/1-50 in mol%, and the graft ratio is 0.01-5 wt%.
