PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the installation of a case and bobbin with excellent space efficiency, and to improve the workability by providing a bobbin part winding excess part of an optical filer and a fame body storing the bobbin wherein the fume body is in contact with the outer circumference of the bobbin, and the bottom plate supports the bobbin upward. On the bottom plate an opening is provided to take out the bobbin. SOLUTION: The optical fiber excessive length storage case is provided with a bobbin 1A having a winding part of circular section in which an excessive length part of a coated optical fiber is wound, and a frame body 2 to storage the bobbin 1A. The frame body 2 is provided with a bottom plate part 20 which is brought into contact with an outer circumference of the bobbin 1A and supports the bobbin 1A from a lower side, and an opening part 21A to take out the bobbin 1A rolling along an upper surface of the bottom plate part 20. The coated optical fiber is wound around the bobbin 1A and stored, and the excessive length part is stored/taken out by rolling the bobbin 1A. Because the bobbin 1A is rolled to store/take out the excessive length part, the work is very easy. |
