Benzofuran derivatives represented by general formula (I) or pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof, wherein R<1> represents lower alkyl; R<2> represents hydrogen or optionally substituted lower alkyl; R<3>, R<4>, R<5>, and R<6> are the same or different and each represents hydrogen or lower alkyl; X represents CH2 or C=O; and Y represents CH2 or NH.
