A blind fastener (10) has an assembly including an inner sleeve (16), an outer sleeve (14) and a pin member (12) and is adapted to be located in workpiece openings (72, 74) with the pin member (12) having an expansion portion (24) adapted to be pulled through the inner sleeve (16) radially expanding both the inner and outer sleeves (16, 14) to provide an interference fit with the workpiece openings (72, 74).
