The tank pipe (10) passes through an opening (14) in the tank container (12) and is locked, preferably non-releasable, on the inside of same by a bayonet lock (28) or resilient detent members. The pipe is tensioned by its part outside of the tank container against the latter through the interposition of a seal (44).
