PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To show high amplification efficiency with simple constitution, to improve the color reproducibility of multiple color light beams and to provide the stable output light beam by directing the modulated multiple color light beams which are directly modulated to an optical fiber amplifier and directing pumping light to the optical fiber amplifier. SOLUTION: A diffusion board 8 for deteriorating the coherency of the optical beams (modulated multiple color light beams) outputted from a multiple color light source part 2A is provided for a modulation amplifier 1. An optical fiber amplifier 7A where plural types of organic color elements are arranged for amplifying the modulated multiple color light beams is provided. A pumping light source 6A which is the pumping light source of the optical fiber amplifier 7A and which outputs pumping light, the drive circuit 5 and a dichroic mirror 37A adjusting the optical axes of pumping light outputted from the pumping light source 6A and modulated multiple color light beams outputted from a multiple color light source part 2A and inputting pumping light to the optical fiber amplifier 7A are provided. |
