PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To caulk an outer periphery part with the vicinity of caulking center of gravity pressed at the time of caulking for elimination of warping or distortion of a printed circuit board, by constituting a stator of two-layer structure with the printed circuit board and a magnetic plate overlapped with each other, taking the center of gravity of caulking parts at a plurality of areas, and forming a space area for mounted parts in the vicinity of the center of gravity. SOLUTION: A stator substrate of a capstan motor is formed so as to have a two-layer structure with a printed circuit board 7 and a zinc steel plate overlapped and caulked with each other. The center of gravity 5 of caulking parts 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d of the printed circuit board 7 is determined, and the flat part 11 in a circular area of 5 to 20 mm in a diameter with the caulking center of gravity 5 taken as its center is formed so as to be a space with no electronic parts positioned. At the time of caulking, the front end of a presser tool is brought into contact with the flat part 11, so that the printed circuit board 7 is pressed. By caulking a plurality of the caulking parts 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d with good balance with the caulking center of gravity 5 pressed firmly, it is possible to form the stator substrate without generating distortion or warping at the printed circuit board 7. |
