PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an erroneous detection at a low cost by providing a supporting shaft and a movable member, in a power container and a detecting means for detecting the pendulum motion of an operating member. SOLUTION: When the powder container 101 is reciprocated in the directions A and A', the movable member 104 in the powder container 101 swings on the supporting shaft 103 right and left in the figure, like a pendulum. After that, when the movement of the container 101 is stopped and the quantity of the powder 102 in the container 101 is small as shown by the top end surface B, the movable member 104 continuously swings only by some time. On the other hand, when the quantity of the powder 102 in the container 101 is sufficiently large as shown by the top end surface C, the movable member 104 receives the resistance of the powder 102, to be immediately stopped. Thus, immediately after the movement of the powder container 101 is stopped, the pendulum motion state of the movable member 104 is changed by the residual powder 102. The pendulum motion of the movable member 104 is detected to detect the fact that the powder is sufficiently exists or not in the container 101. |
