PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer an incoming call to a subscriber terminal as a personal handy phone system to a subscriber terminal as a stationary network telephone set automatically when the subscriber terminal as the personal handy phone system is resident at the outside of a service area of a base station. SOLUTION: It is identified that no subscriber terminal 11a is resident in a service area by detecting it that after transmission of an incoming call signal from a radio system controller 13 is sent to pluralities of radio base stations 121-123 and no reply signal is received within a prescribed period, and the identification result is informed to an ISDN exchange 14 via the radio system controller 13 by the provision of a terminal detection section 12a. The ISDN exchange 14 is provided with a transfer device having a conversion table memory 14a that transfers the notice automatically to a stationary network subscriber number corresponding to the personal handy phone system subscriber number being a destination when the ISDN exchange 14 receives the notice from the terminal detection section 12a. |
