PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-form battery, which keeps high airtightness and has improved energy efficiency per unit volume. SOLUTION: In a sheet-form battery, which is equipped with a unit cell containing a sheet-form positive electrode, a sheet-shaped negative electrode, a positive-electrode lead 2, and a negative-electrode lead 3, and which has a structure obtained by coating the unit cell with a film for thermal fusion seal so as to protrude outside the tips of the positive-electrode lead 2 and the negative-electrode lead 3 and by sticking the film through thermal fusion, at least one end of the openings (excluding the ends where the positive-electrode lead 2 and the negative-electrode lead 3 protrude, formed on the film at the time of coating the unit cell, is sealed by sticking other film materials, 4a or 4b, and the remaining openings are sealed through thermal fusion. |
