PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roast machine for a fish poste product capable of surely inhibiting paste dropping before entering of a shaped pasted material into a regular roast in a roasting chamber, avoiding generation of any trouble caused from paste dropping, reducing labor for maintaining the product line, obtainable a high quality product and capable of miniaturizing and simplifying of the whole machine by providing a heater for inhibiting paste dropping. SOLUTION: This roast machine produces fish paste product by performing a low- temperature heating treatment to a shaped paste material containing ground fish meat molded by a molding machine 1 in a Suwari (setting of the ground fish meat by forming a three-dimensional network structure of actomyosin) treating chamber 2 to make the shaped material have stiffness while continuously transferring on a conveyor, performing a high-temperature heating treatment for regular roating in a roast chamber 3 and cooling. In the roast machine, paste dropping inhibiting heater 5 making a heating unit high temperature by a high-frequency induction heating and emitting a far-infrared light from ceramic contacting to the heating unit is provided at a transferring route 4 sending the shaped material extruded from the molding machine 1 into the Suwari-treating chamber 2 to increase a meat temperature of the shaped material by the far-infrared light. |
