PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretching instrument for the back of the thigh, the calf and the back of a knee, by which when the upper part of the body is thrown forward, force is applied by hands, and the knees can be prevented from being bent. SOLUTION: A mat 1 is provided with belts 2 and handles 3. Connectors 4 are fitted to the belts, thereby simply winding the belt round the leg or removing the same. Belts for preventing knees from being bent are installed on the mat, and further the handles are fitted to apply force with hands when the upper part of the body is thrown forward. As the legs are fixed by the belts 2, the knees are kept from being bent to enable satisfactory stretching. The forces of hands can be utilized to enable satisfactory stretching without pushing the back by the others. |
