PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing an image having a high resolution of a body from projection data which are collected during a CT scanning. SOLUTION: For this system 10 including a gantry 12 having an X-ray source 14 which projects an X-ray beam to a detector 18 by revolving around a body, X-ray beam moving regions are identified, and the regions are divided into a plurality of subdivisions. A linear Q-CAL vector (an axial calibration vector in order to correct a focal point movement) is prepared for each subdivision so that each vector may represent a detector gain in one subdivision. These Q-CAL vectors are applied to projection data in order to prepare image data. |
