PROPELLER-TYPE HYDRAULIC TURBINE WHEEL

FIELD: smaller hydraulic power stations operating under conditions of seasonal changes in pressure head and flow rate of water. SUBSTANCE: blades 2 are evenly mounted in radial holes 8 of hub 1 by means of thrust flanges 10 and tailpieces 12 adjoining its outer lateral surface. Blades 2 are secured on hub 1 by means of nuts 5 from the side of inner lateral surface of hub 1. Parts 13 of tail-pieces 12 of blades 2 adjoining the inner lateral surface of hub 1 are made in form of regular polygons. Fitted on each part 13 between hub and nut is ring with hole identical in shape to this portion of tail-piece and provided with radial slots over its periphery. Axis of symmetry of one slot coincides with axis of symmetry of one face of tail-piece; other slots are shifted relative to axes of symmetry of respective faces by angle equal to blade angle. Locking member rigidly secured in hub may be engageable with one slot of ring. EFFECT: reduction of power losses due to reduced time of blade resetting in case on change of water flow parameters; enhanced reliability of securing the turbine wheel to its casing; increased service life due to reduction of deformation of mounting surfaces of blades and vibrations of hydraulic turbine shaft. 2 cl, 4 dwg
