PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constantly provide the optimum vehicular behavior control even if comparatively high torque is applied to an engine in the case of applying braking from high speed at a low gear position. SOLUTION: A vehicular behavior control controller 11 receives various signals from an engine/automatic transmission(AT) controller 12 and sends control commands corresponding to these signals to the engine/AT controller 12. The engine/AT controller 12 computes target driving torque corresponding to presumed speed, the gear position of a transmission 15, and the clutch connection state between an engine 13 and the transmission 15; and sends a throttle control command to a throttle controller 20 to control the driving torque of the engine 13 to the target driving torque. The throttle controller 20 sends a throttle signal to a throttle control motor 21 provided near a throttle chamber 16.
