PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens barrel and a blur correcting device capable of accurately correcting a shake and miniaturizing a camera. SOLUTION: A moving barrel 4 is moved in the direction of an optical axis I from a collapsed state at the time of photographing. Therefore, the distance between an LED 51 and a PSD 54 is made longer to make an angle formed by an incident light beam emitted from the LED 51 and then, entering into a slit hole 52a and a virtual perpendicular standing through the center of the slit hole 52a smaller. Consequently, an error caused between the position of the incident light to be incident on a light receiving surface 54a and the position of the actual slit hole 52a is reduced to increase the accuracy in the position detection of a blur correcting lens 10. On the other hand, the moving barrel 4 is moved in the direction of the optical axis I and collapsed in a fixed barrel 4, when photographing is not executed. Thus, the distance between the LED 51 and the PSD 54 not required when photographing is not executed is made shorter and the dead space between the LED 51 and the PSD 54 is reduced to miniaturize the lens barrel. |
