PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily set a scanning area by illuminating an area scanned by a laser beam scanning means, detecting reflected light, deciding a laser irradiation area based on the difference of a reflected light quantity, storing it and controlling the operation of the laser beam scanning means based on stored information. SOLUTION: The outer edge part of a treatment part is encircled by the marker of the color of high reflectivity to the wavelength of the light of an aiming light source 22, the rotation angle of driving mirrors is controlled by driving driving motors 17a and 17b by a scanner controller 23 and alignment spot light is moved. The alignment spot light is reflected on the skin of a patient, reflected by the driving mirrors and a beam splitter and made incident on a photodetector 16 through a filter. The coordinate position of the alignment spot light is recognized based on voltage signals from the rotation angle detector of the driving motors 17a and 17b and the coordinate data of the scanning area are stored in a memory 25. |
