PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measured waveform processor which contrives to reduce noises and also scarcely impairs linearity in the case of logarithm transformation for the measured results, and provide an optical time domain reflectmeter(OTDR) measurer having the processor. SOLUTION: An input device 40 inputs precisionεby operator's operation. A calculator 42 obtains a time ti satisfyingκ(ati+b)/(exp(c)ti )κ<=εwith respect to measured results changing in an index function manner (wherein a, b, c are constants fixed by a species of a to-be-measured optical fiber). A minimum square calculation part 44 divides the measured results into one or two or more sectionsδi based upon the time ti , and makes a minimum square approximation for each sectionδi . A logarithm transform part 28 transforms the minimum approximated result to a logarithm. A display device 30 displays the results transformed by the logarithm transform part 28.
